Our residence features a gently sloped, wheelchair-accessible ramp at the main entrance for safe access. While indoor spaces aren't ADA-certified, we provide a supportive, home-like setting for older adults on CADI waiver services.

Specializing in HCBS and CADI waiver housing, our barrier-free homes are thoughtfully designed for seniors and individuals with disabilities who require accessible environments and compassionate support.
Every detail from roll-in showers and wide doorways to 24/7 care is built around our belief that dignity, independence, and community should never be compromised.
Step 1: Schedule a Tour
Contact our team to set up a guided tour of our accessible homes. We’ll walk you through our spaces, services, and what to expect day-to-day.
Step 2: Care & Needs Assessment
We’ll work with you, your case manager, or family to understand your needs, review waiver eligibility, and determine the best fit for your care level.
Step 3: Sign & Prepare
Once placement is approved, we’ll finalize paperwork and help coordinate move-in planning — including transportation or special accommodations, if needed.
Step 4: Move In & Get Settled
Welcome home! Our team will support your transition and ensure your care plan, environment, and comfort are just right from day one.
